On 8 January, our main secretariat, International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) held an online signing ceremony with the University of Sfax, Tunisia, followed by discussions on the possibility of Friendship Institute projects, visiting scholars, and other collaborative initiatives.
