On 9 January, International Transnational Education Association’s main secretariat, International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) had successfuly hosted the China–Nigeria Infrastructure Sector Education–Industry Integration Consortium featured a session on Smart Construction Technology, delivered by Dr. Sayat Nietbay from the International Educational Corporation (IEC), Kazakhstan, with the participation of lecturers and students from Nigeria.
