On 15 July, APEC Petrotechnic Higher College, Kazakhstan, and Liaoning Petrochemical College, China, officially inaugurated their Friendship Institute initiative.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by leaders of both institutes, including Mr. Su Chengli, President of Liaoning Petrochemical College, and Mr. Nurmyshev Assylbek Dzhorabekovich, Director of APEC Petrotechnic Higher College. Both leaders delivered rousing opening speeches.

Following the speeches, the ceremonial plaque was unveiled to commemorate the special occasion and the strong partnership between the two parties. This unveiling not only opens a new chapter of collaboration between the two institutions but also signifies a fresh beginning of joint efforts in international education.

The conclusion of the ceremony was followed by a 2-day training course prepared by Liaoning Petrochemical College from 15 to 16 July regarding Technology for Separation and Purification of Fine Chemicals, and Technology for Synthesis and Application of Fine Chemicals.
