On 14 August, we held our first meeting with the African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA) to formally introduce ourselves to each other. We also discussed the possibilities of collaboration in postgraduate programmes, joint research, joint curriculum development, and international conferences.

Both sides have shown great enthusiasm and eagerness to further develop this burgeoning academic relationship.
