On 27 October 2026, ICCCM–ITEA held a productive follow-up meeting with Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba, Nigeria, to explore new opportunities for international educational collaboration.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Samuel O. Aghalino, Vice-Chancellor; Dr. S. O. Edeki, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic); and Dr. Ibeh Friday Gabriel, Director of the International Partnership and Linkages Unit.
Key discussions focused on the Friendship Institute initiative, the establishment of a Mandarin Language Centre, and potential technological enhancements to the university’s learning facilities.
The university expressed particular interest in Mandarin language education as a means of strengthening cross-cultural communication and expanding international learning opportunities.
