Before the visit, participants complete 20-30 hours of self-paced online training through the ITEA Learning Platform, covering topics such as Language, Cultural Awareness, Basic Business Etiquette in China. This program is designed to help individuals and organizations find new suppliers in China, offering a wider variety of products at lower costs through direct sourcing.

Training and Business Tour Programme 2025

The ChinaBIZ program is a 6-day, 5-night training and business tour aimed at helping participants explore new market opportunities, gain practical experience, and learn about China's business environment, trade regulations, and cultural nuances.

The program is organized by the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA) with support from the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM).

The program focuses on several industries, including:

  • Automotive & Technology
  • Furniture & Wooden Industry
  • Fashion & Textiles
  • Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices
  • Smart Learning & Laboratory Technology
  • Electronics

Participants will complete 20-30 hours of self-paced online training through the ITEA Learning Platform, covering modules such as:

  • Introduction to China's Business Environment
  • Mandarin for Business
  • Chinese Culture and Business Etiquette
  • Trade Principles and Intercultural Communication

Additionally, there are 2 days of physical training in China, with advanced modules on supply chain management, negotiation techniques, and industry-specific trade practices.

  • Day 1-2: Physical training in China.
  • Day 3-5: Visits to key factories, business sites, and cultural attractions.
  • Day 6: Cultural activities and graduation ceremony.

Participants will:
