ICCCM coordinated an APEC delegation visit to China led by APEC PetroTechnic Higher College, including Rector Nurmyshev Assylbek, Deputy Director Kalamgali Togzhan, for international academic and institutional collaboration.
As part of the program, the delegation visited Liaoning Petrochemical College on 8 June, where they participated in a campus tour and engaged in discussions on potential areas of cooperation in education and research.
On 10 June, the delegation attended the 2026 Liaoning International Friendship Cities Conference in Shenyang and took part in the official signing ceremony with Liaoning Petrochemical College, further strengthening academic exchange and institutional partnership.
The conference highlighted Liaoning’s commitment to openness, innovation, and international collaboration under the “education + technology” framework, promoting deeper friendship city ties and shared development opportunities.
