Crop Production and Management Friendship Institute Signing Ceremony in Heilongjiang

On 21 August 2026, a signing ceremony was held at Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College to mark the establishment of the Crop Production and Management Friendship Institute, a collaborative initiative involving Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College, China, and Far Eastern State Agrarian University, Russia.

The ceremony brought together representatives from the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange (CCIPE), Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College, Far Eastern State Agrarian University, and Sichuan Laima International Education Consulting Co., Ltd. Among the participants were Ms. Nicy Bai, Chairman of Sichuan Laima International Education Consulting Co., Ltd, together with representatives involved in supporting and advancing international educational cooperation.

The programme commenced with welcoming remarks, followed by speeches from Ms. Jiang Guijuan, President of Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College; Mr. Zhang Xueren, Deputy Director of CCIPE; Mr. Erkin Zakirov, Head of the International Department of Far Eastern State Agrarian University; and Ms. Nicy Bai. The signing ceremony then formally marked the beginning of the new collaboration, followed by an interactive session that provided an opportunity for further exchange and discussion among the participating representatives.

The establishment of the Crop Production and Management Friendship Institute represents a meaningful step towards strengthening international cooperation in agricultural education and promoting people-to-people exchange. Through this initiative, the participating institutions aim to build closer connections and explore opportunities for future collaboration in areas related to crop production, agricultural management, and international educational development.

The ceremony concluded with closing remarks and a group photo, marking the beginning of a new chapter of cooperation and friendship among the participating institutions.
