On 10 August, we held a meeting with representatives from Novosibirsk State Agrarian University, Russia. Among the topics of discussion were the potential establishment of a Friendship Institute, student exchanges with Malaysian and Indonesian universities, Sino-Russian cooperation, and faculty mobility.

Both parties are hopeful of an agreement and concrete academic collaboration in the near future as discussions further progress.
