The International Transnational Education Association (ITEA), with its Secretariat hosted at the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM), was pleased to welcome a distinguished delegation from University College TATI (UCTATI) to the ICCCM Kuala Lumpur Office on 16 July 2026 for an Official Visit and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony.
The visit marked an important milestone in strengthening institutional collaboration between UCTATI and ITEA/ICCCM, with both parties exploring opportunities for future cooperation in academic programmes, international engagement, and other areas of mutual interest.
The meeting provided a valuable platform for both institutions to exchange insights, discuss potential collaboration initiatives, and identify opportunities to enhance cross-border educational cooperation. The MoU signing ceremony further symbolised the shared commitment of both parties towards developing meaningful partnerships and expanding international education opportunities.

ITEA, through ICCCM as its Secretariat, remains committed to fostering educational and cultural cooperation among universities and institutions across Southeast Asia and China, while supporting partners in achieving their internationalisation objectives and facilitating cross-border educational opportunities.
