On 7 May 2026, a signing ceremony was successfully held between ICCCM and Politeknik Negeri Manado in a hybrid format, attended by the Director of Politeknik Negeri Manado, Dra. Maryke Alelo, MBA, along with Vice Directors across academic, finance, student affairs, and planning and cooperation divisions, as well as heads of departments, heads of key institutional centers, and student representatives.

The discussion focused on strengthening institutional collaboration through several strategic initiatives, including the Friendship Institute Program, Transnational Education Partnership, ITEA Learning Platform, and Mandarin Language Learning Course, alongside upcoming activities such as the ITEA Workshop on the Egypt Education System.

The dialogue also highlighted shared interest in expanding international student competitions, aimed at enhancing student engagement, academic excellence, and global exposure. This collaboration reflects a continued commitment to advancing transnational education and fostering sustainable international academic partnerships.
