Today, the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) successfully held an online Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony with Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria, marking the beginning of a promising partnership in international education.
We were honoured to be joined by Prof. Douglason G. Omotor, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation), together with representatives from the Centre for International Collaboration and Linkages. The meeting featured fruitful discussions on future collaboration initiatives, including academic mobility, international programmes, research collaboration, and capacity-building opportunities. Both parties expressed their commitment to coordinating the implementation of these initiatives in the near future.
ICCCM also looks forward to welcoming the participation of Delta State University in the 1st Aletheia University Multidisciplinary Conference 2026, to be held from 16–18 September 2026, as we continue to strengthen global academic networks and foster meaningful international partnerships.
