Signing Ceremony between the Directorate General of Human Resources for Health, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia

On 18 June 2026, the Directorate General of Human Resources for Health, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, and the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) successfully held a Signing Ceremony at the Directorate General of Human Resources for Health Building, Jakarta. This significant occasion marked a new chapter in fostering international cooperation and strengthening partnerships in the development of health human resources between Indonesia and Malaysia.

The programme commenced with welcoming remarks by Ibu Anna Kurniati, MA, Ph.D, Director of Human Resources Provision for Health, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, followed by Ms. Nicy Bai, Chairman of the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM). Both speakers highlighted the importance of international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and capacity building in addressing the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

The ceremony featured the official signing session, followed by a souvenir exchange as a symbol of friendship and mutual commitment between the participating institutions. The event was further enriched by special remarks from Prof. Dr. Ir. K.H. Mohammad Nuh, Honorary President of the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA), who shared valuable insights on the role of cross-border partnerships in advancing education, professional development, and sustainable growth.

This milestone reflects the shared vision of both organisations to strengthen regional and international engagement, promote academic and professional cooperation, and contribute to the advancement of health human resources through meaningful collaboration and strategic partnerships.
