On April 11th, the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM), representing the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA) as its main secretariat, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, Tunisia, strengthening our global commitment to advancing vocational education and sustainable development.
This MoU initiates a strategic partnership focused on: Developing vocational training standards
Expanding capacity building and upskilling programs
Promoting green technology and digital transformation in education
The signing ceremony was officiated by Ms. Bai Nicy, Chairman of ICCCM, with the presence of Ms. Loo Hui Ann, Managing Director; Mr. Benjamin Leong, Deputy Managing Director; Mr. Godwin Siver, EU-Regional Manager; and Mr. Zhang Zhihao, Director of External Cooperation. The event was conducted in a hybrid format—both online and in person.
This collaboration reflects a shared vision for empowering the global workforce through inclusive, forward-thinking education solutions, with ICCCM and ITEA at the forefront of international workforce development.
