On 27 August 2025, our main secretariat, International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) formalised a strategic collaboration with the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC), Thailand at Pathum Thani Vocational College during the Network Partners’ Collaboration Fair for the Production and Development of Vocational Education Workforce, organized by OVEC, Ministry of Education.
The agreement was signed by Ms. Nicy Bai, Chairman of ICCCM, together with Mr. Yodsapol Venukosess, Secretary-General of OVEC.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthen education–industry collaboration, foster innovation, and develop the vocational education workforce with impactful opportunities in engineering, technology, and sustainable solutions.
