On 8 July, the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) proudly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mekelle University, Ethiopia, marking the beginning of a new strategic partnership in international education.

During the ceremony, Dr. Eyasu Yazew, Vice President for Research and Community Engagement, shared an overview of Mekelle University’s commitment to academic excellence, research, innovation, and community engagement. The discussion also highlighted exciting opportunities for future collaboration through academic mobility, the Friendship Institute (2+1+1) Programme, transnational education initiatives, and other joint implementation projects.
