Today, the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM), serving as the secretariat of the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA), was honoured to hold a Signing Ceremony with Workers University, Egypt, marking the beginning of a new partnership in advancing technological education and international academic collaboration.

The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Watany, President of Workers University and Advisor to the Supreme Council for Technological Education under Egypt’s Ministry of Higher Education. His leadership and commitment to strengthening international cooperation continue to play an important role in fostering innovation and talent development.

This partnership reflects our shared vision of promoting transnational education, academic exchange, and collaborative initiatives that contribute to the development of future-ready technical and vocational education.
