On 7 May 2026, a training and engagement programme on “Cultural Diversity and Decision-Making Biases in International Business Collaboration”, with a focus on Managing Multinational Teams in Asian Emerging Markets, was successfully conducted at the ICCCM Kuala Lumpur office.
The session was attended by nine students from the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, alongside Farhod Qiyomuddinov, Third Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Malaysia, who visited the office in support of the programme.
The training provided an immersive learning experience aimed at strengthening understanding of cross-cultural dynamics in international business environments. Key discussions highlighted the importance of cultural awareness, adaptive leadership, and effective decision-making when managing diverse teams across emerging Asian markets. Through interactive exchanges, participants gained practical insights into real-world international collaboration challenges.
This initiative reflects ICCCM’s continued commitment to enhancing global learning exposure and fostering cross-cultural competencies through meaningful international engagement.
