On 28 April, Yan’an Vocational and Technical College and Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta (UPY) held a meaningful bilateral meeting in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, focusing on strengthening academic collaboration, vocational education development, and international partnership opportunities.
During the discussion, both institutions exchanged insights on programme development, especially in horticultural technology, explored opportunities for student and staff exchanges, and discussed potential cooperation under the “Chinese Language + Skills Tranining” initiative. The dialogue also highlighted mutual interest in enhancing practical training, curriculum innovation, and long-term institutional collaboration.
Following the meeting, the delegation from Yan’an also participated in a campus tour of UPY, gaining valuable exposure to the university’s learning environment, facilities, and educational practices.
This visit marks an important step forward in building sustainable academic ties and fostering cross-cultural and educational cooperation between the two institutions.
